Frank Sicilia is committed to providing the best in mental and physical fitness training. As the main instructor, Frank empowers his students to learn self defense and gain discipline, self confidence and coordination and in so doing develop a fine character. For those wishing black belt instruction, Mr. Sicilia will work with the individual to gain their belts.

Many years of teaching men, women and children of all ages has taught Frank the benefits of patience and consistent instruction as opposed to the old-fashioned hard-line 'No pain, no gain' idea.

Teaching both group classes and individual classes, Mr. Sicilia gears the instruction to the individual. Clinics in Women's Practical Self Defense are also offered. Those who are disabled are just as welcome as those who are physically fit. His students range in age from 4 years old to 65+ years young.

His school has been prominent in the community for many years in establishing a level of competence and skill which is above average. He has been honoured to have students from his school win trophies at martial arts tournaments on a regular basis.
